Is evolution a fact? Depends on what you mean by the word "evolution." If you mean things change, then that is indeed a fact. If you mean that humans came from ape-like creatures who in turn came from other primitive creatures or that new body plans requiring new information somehow evolved undirected by chance and mutations, then, well, I'm gonna have to take that one on.
